COLLEEN DELANEY
Colleen has dedicated her career to empowering others, both physically and emotionally. With a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science as her foundation, she has navigated a coaching journey that spans elite fitness, competitive athletics, and wellness initiatives that integrate mental health.
From 2015 to 2022, she co-owned Greenwich CrossFit and served as the principal swim and dive coach at North Haven High School, where she nurtured teenage athletes in technique, confidence, and resilience. As a co-founder of Move to Heal, a nonprofit organization, Colleen has positively impacted tens of thousands of clients across four states, blending mental health with movement.
At Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut, she pioneered the university's first group exercise and recovery meetings through Move to Heal. Here, she focused on teaching college-age women the importance of vulnerability and fostering a loving relationship with their bodies—often a transformative experience for many. Her commitment to this mission also extended to the Special Olympics.
All of these experiences culminate in The Confidence Collective, a testament to her belief that every young woman deserves a safe space to embrace and celebrate her true self.
