Finding comfort, confidence, and connection through the body and the joy of play.
MEET THE FOUNDER
Exercise Science · Coach · Co-Founder, Move to Heal
Colleen has spent her career building strength in others — physical and emotional alike. A Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science grounded a coaching path that has spanned elite fitness, competitive athletics, and mental-health-integrated wellness work.
She co-owned Greenwich CrossFit from 2015 to 2022 and served as principal swim and dive coach at North Haven High School, guiding teenage athletes in technique, confidence, and resilience. She is also co-founder of Move to Heal, a nonprofit that has served tens of thousands of clients across four states, and she volunteers as a coach with the Special Olympics.
At Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut, Colleen launched and ran the university's first group exercise and recovery meetings — work centered on teaching college-age women how to be vulnerable with one another and how to build a genuinely loving relationship with their own bodies, many for the first time in their lives.
The Confidence Collective is the distillation of that career: one coach, a small number of clients, and an unwavering belief that every young woman deserves a place to become genuinely comfortable in who she is.

FOR PARENTS
We know you are trusting us with something precious. The Confidence Collective is designed, from the ground up, around your daughter's safety, privacy, and wellbeing.
START A CONVERSATIONWe are coaches, not clinicians. When a client's needs call for licensed care, we refer out and coordinate — never in place of therapy, always alongside it.
We work with a deliberately limited number of clients at a time, so every relationship gets real depth and attention.
What's shared in session stays private, within the bounds of safety and Connecticut law, which we review with families upfront.
Just your daughter and Colleen, always. That privacy is what lets her actually open up.
